AEPE : Autorisation d'Exportation de Produits Explosifs

Une Autorisation d'Exportation de Produits Explosifs est requise lorsque vous devez exporter vos produits explosifs, qu'ils soient destinés à un usage civil (on parle alors d'AEPE "à usage civil") ou militaire (AEPE "à usage militaire"). 

Ce régime d'autorisation est obligatoire, et fait l'objet d'un examen par les ministères compétents. Sur avis favorable de ces ministères, l'AEPE est délivrée par la Direction Générale des Douanes, soit le Service des Titres du Commerce Extérieur (SETICE).

An Export Authorization of Explosive Products is required when you have to export your explosive goods, whether they are destinated to a civilian use (so we'll speak about EAPE "to civilian use") or to a military use (EAPE "to military use").

This regime of authorization is mandatory and subjected to an exam by relevant ministries. With a favorable opinion of these ministries, the EAPE is delivered by the Head Office of Customs, Securities Department of the Foreign Trade.
